2028 acceleration
Hospitality houses
are doors into neighborhoods
In 2028 dozens of national and community houses will open across Greater Los Angeles, each one a gathering point for people who have never been here before. VibePass is building the connective layer underneath them: every house sits inside the same cultural graph as the neighborhood around it, so a visitor who arrives for one country leaves knowing the street it stands on. We are tracking 15 houses across 5 cultural corridors, each with a named source and a verification state, and each linked to transit and to the culture within walking distance.

Explore around itArrive. A house is a starting point, not the whole day. VibePass reads it as one node in the graph.
Step outside. The same profile that builds your journey routes you into the food, music and history around that house.
Stay useful after. The house closes when the Games end. The corridor it opened stays mapped.
Houses are independent national and community programs. VibePass is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any Games organizing body.
The research, made walkable
Every place here
is sourced and browsable
Open the cultural map and move through the same researched graph the journeys are built from: named sources, verification states, and the connections between places. Curation you can walk, research you can check.

Corridor Storytelling
EXPERIENCE
THE CORRIDORS

First Street, Little Tokyo
The block between Central and San Pedro is a National Historic Landmark. Fugetsu Do has folded mochi here since 1903. Brass plaques underfoot mark the storefronts that stood before 1942, when 30,000 Nikkei were removed. The yagura tower rises two blocks west. This is where Nikkei Los Angeles begins, and where it has kept beginning.

Bronzeville to South Bay
In 1942 Little Tokyo emptied under Executive Order 9066 and was renamed Bronzeville. This corridor traces the return, and the second home built south along the Harbor Freeway.

Torrance: living center
Home to the largest concentration of Japanese residents in the continental U.S. Sister city with Kashiwa, friendship city with Oshu. Living center, not a museum piece.
A visible promise
ACCESS IS
THE DESIGN.
ACCESSIBILITY FIRST
Keyboard navigation, semantic structure, reduced motion awareness, step free transfer guides, low floor bus identifiers, and plain language. Accessibility is part of the brand, not a footer link.
BILINGUAL, READY FOR MORE
English and 日本語 first, with fifteen locales in the platform. Station and landmark names stay intact. Cultural context translates with care.
